I must admit it doesn’t always work for me. But there’s too much evidence it should. I must be doing something wrong.
Very nicely written. Light, with examples (they are the best to remember a lot of things, I wish I could write like that). I try to write a journal more for my future self. There is a plugin in Obsidian that allows you to view your journal entries from any period (one month back, two months, three months ...) It works great to see what has happened in me since then. Thank you, greetings and I look forward to the next such good text (no stress, no rush :) )
