Same for me. It is just another tool that can help with stress. We have to include other things like balance in schedule, vacation time if possible, removing elements of stress within our control. Keep up with the battle, as the biggest thing to help is our determination to not let stress rule over our lives.
Very nicely written. Light, with examples (they are the best to remember a lot of things, I wish I could write like that). I try to write a journal more for my future self. There is a plugin in Obsidian that allows you to view your journal entries from any period (one month back, two months, three months ...) It works great to see what has happened in me since then.
