Great read! I've been journaling for more than 10 years using a pen and paper. Recently I transitioned to Obsidian cause I wanted to understand how dofferent experiences are linked together to gain some more insight into my brain. Journaling is therapy for me honestly.

This article was also a good reminder to journal with a pen and paper. I miss that.

I also loved another one of your pieces on journaling. The one that talked about the brain dump technique and the 5 Why's approach.

I was familiar with the brain dump method but the 5 Why's was eye opening and so straight forward. I'm going to try that to solve some long-standing problems of mine.

thank you for feedback. I have been journaling a long time, I am no really sure when I started. I was very young. It has been an off and on habit through the years, usually adjusted based on my current needs. I've enjoyed trying different methods through the years.
